Available payment options may include:

  • Cash on Delivery, if available
  • Buy Now Pay Later options, if available
  • Other payment methods supported by our payment providers

Secure Payments

Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Dealwadi.ae does not store full card details on our servers.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products, locations, or order values.

COD may not be available for:

  • High-value orders
  • Products shipped from selected partner suppliers
  • Customers with repeated refused deliveries
  • Remote areas
  • Products requiring advance payment

A COD service fee may apply and will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, the order may not be confirmed.

Please check:

  • Card details
  • Bank authorization
  • Available balance
  • OTP verification
  • Payment gateway status
  • Internet connection

If money is deducted but the order is not confirmed, contact us with proof of payment so we can investigate with the payment provider.

Pricing Errors

Although we try to keep pricing accurate, errors may occur. If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to technical error, supplier error, or system issue, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.
