Exchange Policy
Dealwadi.ae may offer exchanges for eligible products depending on product availability, supplier approval, product condition, and the reason for exchange.
Exchange Eligibility
An exchange may be accepted if:
- The request is made within [7 days] of delivery
- The product is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice are included
- The requested replacement item is available
- The product is not excluded from exchange
Size or Variant Exchange
If you ordered the wrong size, color, or variant, we may offer an exchange if the replacement is available.
The customer may be responsible for return and redelivery charges if the exchange is not due to our error.
Incorrect Item Received
If you received the wrong item, we will review the case and arrange a suitable solution after verification.
This may include replacement, exchange, or refund.
