Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched.

Before Dispatch

If your order has not been processed, packed, or shipped, we will try to cancel it and issue a refund according to the original payment method or approved refund method.

After Dispatch

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. You may wait for delivery and request return if the product is eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.

Cash on Delivery Refusal

Refusing delivery without valid reason may affect future Cash on Delivery eligibility.

Repeated refusal, fake orders, unreachable phone numbers, or incorrect addresses may lead to order cancellation or restriction of future COD orders.

Product Unavailability

If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, Dealwadi.ae may cancel the affected item and issue a refund or offer an alternative product if the customer agrees.
