Cash on Delivery Policy

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected orders in the UAE.

COD Availability

COD availability may depend on:

  • Product type
  • Order value
  • Delivery area
  • Customer order history
  • Supplier or courier support
  • Fraud prevention checks

COD Fee

A Cash on Delivery service fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Customer Responsibility

For COD orders, the customer must:

  • Provide correct name, phone number, and delivery address
  • Answer courier calls
  • Keep the correct cash amount ready
  • Accept the delivery at the agreed location

Refused COD Orders

If a customer repeatedly refuses COD deliveries without valid reason, Dealwadi.ae may restrict COD access for future orders.

COD Order Verification

For some COD orders, we may contact the customer to confirm the order before dispatch. If we cannot verify the order, it may be cancelled.
